The product quality was far below expectations and arrived with serious defects. When I reported the issue, the representative, Chen Yang, responded with “Do whatever you want” instead of providing support or a resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. The supplier showed no responsibility for the quality issues and no willingness to help. I am very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend doing business with this supplier.

We can accept customers who purchase in very small quantities (he only bought 11 flags), demand extremely high product quality, expect rock-bottom prices (requesting cost price and free Oxford bags), require ultra-fast shipping (checking in daily despite my explanation that once the goods are shipped I lose control—so you should contact UPS or FedEx directly), and also want free gifts. However, we cannot tolerate someone who refuses to pay customs duties (!!!!) due to a minor defect (less than 1 cm, for which we already provided after-sales service and even sent the item to Canada at no cost a second time, incurring significant losses), and then maliciously slanders us under the product link. Any business relationship is built on profitability—not because I enjoy doing business with you, nor because I enjoy serving you. Honestly, I can't stand dealing with you anymore. I truly hate communicating with you. I'm reflecting on why my school and teachers never taught me how to curse in Engl
