The product quality was far below expectations and arrived with serious defects. When I reported the issue, the representative, Chen Yang, responded with “Do whatever you want” instead of providing support or a resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. The supplier showed no responsibility for the quality issues and no willingness to help. I am very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend doing business with this supplier.
